This interactive workshop addresses the basic truth that change is hard, and requires deliberate and inclusive action. It also introduces the two types of conflict and five ways of handling conflict, in a safe and interactive environment where participants can identify their native conflict handling style and gain practice with identifying when another approach might be more effective.

This workshop is an appreciative inquiry, designed for HR professionals and executives seeking to launch a formal mentoring program. Participants will design possible mentoring program objectives, identify specific advantages, challenges, and risks of a facilitated mentoring program, and create a launch strategy. Program is appropriate for leaders in elementary, secondary, and college educational systems, can be adapted for professional workgroups as well.
